Message	Only if the car was in exceptional mechanical condition. I'm biased though since I hate the paint job, body mods, glow kit, etc. The value to me would only be in the performance modifications. In all actuality the only way to determine the ACTUAL FMV would be to sell it...which you can't do. You could potentially find a buyer in the $10k to $15k range.
